Now that they're facing stiff compe from the likes of Orange and Yu, i'm hoping that they'll reduce their prices even further and that calls to the customer care actually go through.

They need to shape up because their services could do better and competition are also getting better.

It gets me what i want when i want and i think there isn't any competition due to experience.

safaricom is just the best this is terms of their advertising strategies have you seen safaricom Ad's they are so cool they represent kenya especialy the ones with the beautiful scenery's i did not know scenes like that exist in kenya about their products

I think the network issue has to be addressed before it gets out of hand. But according to other services except customer care they are in tip top shape.

I don't think they are in fighting shape anymore the competition is getting a little to stiff for them especially the network part where its been a little low.

0715...I appreciate the fact that we enjoy services free of hidden charges, and m-pesa is great. even Bambanet is fast and convenient. However, the clarity on the network leaves a lot to be desired, almost always busy, and breaking off in conversation. that's one area Zain has hit Safcom, straight up. and that customer care...which customer care??

Safcom is one of the companies that generate lots of money,but the network is just impossible at times and their Customer Service needs an uplift!! The M-Pesa service is a just the bomb,quick reliable way to send money...kudoz on that!!

Safaricom are in it for the money and not the service! I wont hesitate to switch to Zain or any other network! These guys are a disgrace to TELECOMMUNICATIONS!

Safcom should really expand their customer service because even the service centers set up are a nightmare
